Full Detail FAQ's
Q:Will a full advanced exterior detail remove all scratches, swirls and water spots?
A: No, the purpose of this service is to greatly enhance the paint's current condition and protect it from future damage such as oxidation and imbedded environmental contamination. Removing all water spots and scratches is extremely time demanding to do correctly (usually about a full day) and will need a water spot or paint correction service purchased seperatly to allow enough time to tackle these concerns as best as possible.
Q:How long does a full service take?
A: Times can vary from service to service dependent on vehicle condition. Usually a full detail can take anywhere from 4-7 hours depending on vehicle size. If you have any time constraints please let me know during booking so I can be sure we have enough time to produce 5 star results. Your vehicle can be serviced while you work, run errands, or relax and watch t.v. Only time your presence is needed is once the job is finalized to ensure client satisfaction.
Q: Are you mobile or have a shop to drop off?
A: I am primarily mobile and carry my own power and water supply. All of my services can be done mobile but I do have clients who prefer drop off, which can be arranged as well. Ceramic coating must be done in a garage or at my location for proper application.
Q:How can I maintain my car after a full detail?
A: So the hard work is done and your vehicle looks great again now what? I highly recommend not to use an automatic tunnel wash. The bristles and other contact agitators do not get throughly washed and hold onto dirt making it impossible to put your vehicle through without causing scratches and paint damage. Just once can cause damage taking multiple hours and steps to remove. I the owner/operator started my automotive professional journey at a quick wash back in 2011 and was not too thrilled with how low the standards were set. I offer maintenance plans that give weekly or monthly details for an affordable rate to my clients after getting their vehicles fully detailed by me.
